How often should I groom my pet?
Grooming your pets is part of keeping them happy and healthy. Depending on breed, age, coat, and some health conditions, pets should be groomed regularly every four to six weeks. I will be happy to discuss an appropriate schedule that is right for your pet!

How much will it cost to groom my pet?
Specific grooming prices are included on this website. See our "Services" page. They can be also quoted over the phone and vary depending on size, spa package, etc. Prices can change at the discretion of the groomer based on condition of coat, and cooperation in grooming.

What is your cancellation policy for grooming reservations?
There is a $20 fee for canceling a grooming appointment prior to 24 hours of your pets appointment. Emergencies will be taken into consideration.

How long does a grooming session last?
It depends on the spa package selected, the size, coat condition, and cooperation of your pet. An approximate completion time can be given once I meet the pet.
